Under the approved scheme of 12th Five Year Plan, the Ministry has decided to establish a National Institute of Mental Health Rehabilitation (NIMHR) in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. The State Government has agreed in principle to give 5 acres of land for the purpose.
