Here, you can register with our web portal ‘Punarbhava’. The aim of enrolment/registration is to facilitate you and make a data base, which will be in future a source of reference. Citizens who have already have their disability certificates (issued by the competent authority) can enroll with the web portal with their complete information. Citizens who don’t have the certificates can also enroll with us. Their information will send to concerned authorities to their districts to facilitate him in getting disability certificates.
