Polio Calipers (Orthosis)
Description
For patients afflicted with Polio, a mobility device commonly known as “CALIPER” is provided, which enables him to walk and lead a normal life PLASTIC CALIPERS Plastic calipers are made from high-density polyethylene sheets. It has been developed at our workshop. All three types of calipers can be assembled using pre-fabricated components, which are stocked by us in different standard sizes. Ankle Foot Orthosis (A.F.O.) Knee Ankle Foot Orthosis (K.A.F.O.) Hip Knee Ankle Foot Orthosis (H.K.A.F.O.) FEATURES Plastic calipers are extremely light and durable. Plastic calipers are provided with a good quality sports shoes to achieve maximum comfort and cosmesis, which makes it highly acceptable & popular amongst children. Soft Padding is provided for support and comfort. Ankle joints are provided in calipers to achieve normal gait (walk), the desired ankle motion can also be provided like posterior stop, anterior stop, etcThis caliper is washable, velcro fasteners allows easy operation.
