Punarbhava ,National Web Portal on Disabilities

Punarbhava as suggested by the name which means 'renewed being' symbolizes an attempt to provide a gateway to information for persons with disability and all concerned with this sector. This portal is an attempt to create a distinct niche in cyber space to find information, discuss issues, network, find employment, look for appliances and assistive devices, seek redressal of grievances, undergo training, research and study, and so much more. Indeed, the sky is no longer the limit, and the route that the portal will take will be determined by the way in which interested users engage with it.

HPSEB Limited invites applications for filling up the following backlog posts by special drive under Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) Act 1995 on regular basis:

  1. Junior Engineer (Electrical) - 10 (5 - Orthopaedically Impaired, 5 - Visually Impaired)
  2. Steno Typists - 2 (1 - Orthopaedically Impaired, 1 - Visually Impaired)

Candidates who are bonafide Himachali and possess the requisite qualification, can apply.

Application form complete in all respects may be sent to Executive Director (Personnel), HPSEB Ltd., Vidyut Bhawan, Shimla - 4 on or before March 15, 2017 and March 31, 2017 for candidates residing in difficult or tribal areas.
