Navchetan Orthopaedic Appliances, have designed and developed a novel and innovative splint which is simple and ready to fit, easy to use , effective and dynamic for infants having mild to moderate congenital talipes equino-varus and for those severe CTEV deformities which are corrected by other methods like repeted plastering and surgery.
Uses:
For correcting mild CTEV deformities.
For maintaining the correction achieved by other measures like serial Plaster casts & operations etc.
It corrects all the deformities involved, like equinus, forefoot varus and tibial torsion.

Precautions:
This "NOA" splint is to be removed every two hours and keep the foot open for some time.
If the "NOA" splint is worn at night, keep the straps slightly loose.
Advantages:
This is a washable, unilateral, convenient and more effective splint as compared to conventional Bilateral Dannies Brown splint.
